Role Overview: We are currently seeking to appoint an energetic and driven Customer Service Officer. This role will primarily work with our members and users, providing a high level of customer service whilst completing administration tasks involved in the day-to-day operation of the facilities.
Responsibilities: Administration Customer Service Workplace Health and Safety Event facilitation About You: You will have:
Current level 2 First Aid and CPR Police Check and Working with Children Card Relevant & demonstrated industry experience Certificate III and IV in Fitness or related tertiary qualification Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Experience in management of social sport competitions (desirable but not essential) Experience in event management (desirable but not essential) Marketing and business development skills (desirable but not essential) Application Process: Please send your application with a cover letter and your current resume as applications will be reviewed as they are received.
