This role is hands-on and operational, demanding a commitment to upholding Avondale's exacting standards day in, day out, through effective team leadership.

Key attributes we are looking for in successful candidates include:

Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years at a supervisory or managerial level, preferably in a club, hotel, or upscale restaurant setting. Oversight of daily operations, ensuring impeccable service delivery by all Food & Beverage Attendants. Upholding the Club's service, presentation, and cleanliness standards among the team. Efficient coordination of clubhouse setups for events, adhering to provided event orders and floor plans. Effective management of bar staff rostering and labor costs.
