Job Description As the Floor Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the operational excellence of our club's trading areas. Get ready to dive deep into the operational nitty-gritty, your role will encompass a wide array of tasks, from ensuring smooth guest check-ins to mastering the art of coffee-making and troubleshooting gaming machine issues.
Your impact extends far beyond technical duties. You'll be the ultimate multitasker; you'll serve as a pivotal figure in our team, coordinating staff breaks and maintaining a keen focus on customer satisfaction. Your ultimate goal? Whether it's creating unforgettable moments or tackling challenges head-on, you'll be the driving force behind our club's legendary vibe. 
Desired Skills and Experience As a floor supervisor you will be a born leader who has had solid supervisory experience in a similar environment.
You will have a valid RSA/RCG Competency card and be willing to obtain your First Aid Certificate. 
Floor Supervisors will be working across a variety of shifts from 5am to 4am, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
