Job DescriptionBe available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.Ensure personalised, efficient, luxury service is provided to all guests.Embrace the service culture of Butler service.Ensure all Food & Beverage is served according to Club Millesime standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests.Initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and ensure guest satisfaction.Embody the art of French hospitality through a "can do" attitude.Perform tasks in a timely manner.Liaise with Chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests' arrival.Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millesime is of a high, luxury service standard.Ensure that all Check-ins and Check-outs are processed smoothly, accurately and with a personal sense of welcome and farewell, in line with Sofitel Standards.Ensure all details on the registration card are transferred to the guest's reservation accurately to be fully aware of all their needs and requests for future stays.Benefits, Rewards, MotivationsIndustry benefits worldwide on accommodation, dining and lifestyle services.Access to daily discounted coffee and Ambassador dining menu.A unique training platform to enhance your skills and knowledge.QualificationsHighly motivated with excellent attention to detail.Experience within a similar role.Strong communication skills.Always display a professional appearance, representing our Sofitel brand.Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.Additional InformationIf you share our passion for hospitality, service excellence, innovation and drive, we would love to hear from you!
