As our Club Manager, you won't just manage a gym — you'll help lead the fitness journey for your community and support our vision to make fitness accessible to everyone.

The Role As a Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our club's success.
You will oversee daily operations while fostering a culture of belonging and excellence.
You will be accountable for the overall management of the club, achieving all KPIs and effectively leading the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.
Your key responsibilities include:
Driving sales and member growth through effective leadership and innovative strategiesEnsuring all agreed targets are met while cultivating an inclusive, welcoming and positive environmentLeading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve high performanceDelivering top-tier customer service that sets us apartManaging marketing efforts to attract and retain membersUpholding all safety and security standardsTo thrive in this role, you'll need these requirements:
A valid Cert III and Cert IV in Personal TrainingCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationsWorking with Children ClearanceAbout You You're passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example.
You also bring:
2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and team-building skills with a history of coaching teamsA proven ability to meet sales and marketing goalsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both staff and membersA deep commitment to exceptional customer serviceWhy Join Us?
