Anytime Fitness has market-leading Apps to help our members, so you'll need to be handy with online platforms, social media and a smartphone.Able to promote the gym, whilst having fun & achieving high sales targets daily.As our Club Manager, you are the face our members see every day.
Using your passion and exceptional customer service experience, we want you to create a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere for all members.
Some of your responsibilities will include: New memberships: following sales processes to convert prospect enquiries into membership sales.Completing customer service activities; including responding to member enquiries and service calls.Inspiring the team to achieve their goals and KPI's.Tidying & cleaning the gym floor and maintaining club standards, adhering to strict Covid-19 safe management plans.Working with the PT team and staff to create video & photo content for Social Media pages.Accurately tracking daily activity across multiple Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and reports.The role is full-time, primarily Mon-Fri with the occasional Sat and you must have the following or be able to obtain: First Aid/CPRWorking with Children's Check DCSIPolice ClearanceWhat you can expect from us: Free gym membershipGenerous bonus structureFun and positive team environmentFull training, support & personal development opportunitiesFurther promotional opportunitiesIf you are outgoing, love interacting with people & think you are our next superstar - apply now.
