The Role Derrimut 24:7 Gym is currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated Manager to join our team. With a passion for providing outstanding customer service by helping clients through fitness and health, this manager is to provide leadership and daily direction to the sales and fitness teams.
The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following: Monitor (and lead as example by achieving/generating) membership and supplement sales whilst focusing on monthly and annual targets Manage, train, and develop the performance of sales staff Build a fun, engaging environment/culture for our members and staff Encourage and implement our policies, business practices, systems and processes General cleaning, maintenance, and oversight of the gym Conduct all other required HR duties, such as: 1 on 1s, performance reviews, rostering, leave management, etc. To be successful in this role, you will need: Well presented, professional and enthusiastically customer focused Quick learner, especially with new systems Motivated, organised, and results driven Experience in building and managing client relationships High sense of integrity and honesty A team player who is able to lead and manage staff and personal trainers To be up to date with fitness trends within the industry To be eligible for this position you must have: At least 2 years of management experience Customer service experience & strong administration skills Holds a current Level 2 First Aid, CPR and Police check In return we offer you: Ongoing training and support in the development of your people & operational leadership skills A competitive remuneration, plus super A free all gym membership To Apply If this sounds like the position for you, then hit apply!
