XtraClubs is excited to announce the rollout of our new clubs across Sydney, and we are looking for two dynamic Club Leaders (CL) to join our team at the Parramatta and Green Square (Zetland) locations.
We anticipate a March 2025 start for both positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Sales Leadership (Pre-Sale Campaign)
Lead the pre-sale efforts for your designated club, driving membership sales and building anticipation for the opening.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute pre-launch campaigns and attract new members.
Develop and maintain strong community relationships to ensure a strong market presence from day one.
Phase 2: Ongoing Club Leadership
Customer Service & Support:
Provide outstanding support to members and guests, ensuring positive, personalized interactions.
Resolve member issues, follow up on complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Assist with membership, billing, and technical issues, including XtraClubs App.
Curate and improve the member experience in line with XtraClubs brand values.
Plan and host events to enhance member engagement.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure the facility complies with all relevant regulatory, safety, and health standards.
Oversee facility cleanliness and liaise with cleaning teams and contractors.
Maintain NSW pool water safety and hygiene standards.
Identify and rectify safety risks to meet workplace health and safety (WHS) standards.
Facility Operations & Maintenance:
Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure efficient business operations.
Manage merchandising and stock levels, driving additional revenue through sales.
Maintain an accurate Asset Register and ensure timely maintenance of all assets.
Oversee scheduled maintenance and work orders to keep the facility running smoothly.
Human Resources:
Recruit, onboard, and train staff, ensuring they meet required certifications and qualifications.
Maintain staff training logs and conduct ongoing development.
Lead the team through effective communication, mentoring, and motivation.
Oversee staff rostering, payroll, and ensure smooth HR operations.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years in facility management.
Minimum of 2 years in people management or HR
First Aid and CPR Certificates.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in tech, IT systems, and digital tools.
Experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations.
Highly Regarded:
Pool Operators Course Accreditation.
Pre-sale Experience (Club launch experience)
