We are inviting you to work at one of Syndey's most iconic hotels to provide efficient and comprehensive service of food and beverages to guests in Club InterContinental in True Hospitality style and to the Club InterContinental standard.
Be responsible for all aspects of guest service including set-up, food and beverage service, amenity delivery, guest interactions and VIP preparations. A little taste of your day-to-day:

Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guestsTaking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookingsMaking the check-in and check-out process for our VIPs feel swift and seamlessAnticipating guest needs and being proactiveCreating a warm and engaging atmosphere in the Club LoungeClose cooperation with Front Office and providing assistance when requiredWhat We need from you:
