Key Responsibilities: Assemble custom golf clubs with precision, ensuring CPG quality standards are met. Utilize resources efficiently to achieve production schedules and best-in-class results. Follow detailed processes and mechanical instructions for assembly using a variety of tools and machines. Conduct quality checks and participate in problem identification and resolution. Collaborate closely with the custom build and customer service teams to enhance our offerings. Be prepared to assist in other business functions as needed and take on additional responsibilities. Qualifications and Profile: Strong technical knowledge of golf products. Previous experience in club assembly is desirable but not essential; training will be provided! Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Intermediate computer skills with a quick aptitude for learning new systems. High level of organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
