We are looking for a Lead Resourcing Advisor to join the Human Resources team, delivering the Ceres Urea Plant!
Based in our Perth Office, Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for leading the project recruitment team and ensuring timely and successful delivery of talent solutions.

Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering Perdaman Industries' Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia.
The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes.
The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

And, you will:
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build understanding of ongoing talent requirements and workforce plans for the project.
Provide strategic recruitment advice and sourcing strategies to key project and functional stakeholders.
Lead, coach and mentor Resourcing Advisors within the team.
Proactively build and maintain Talent pipelines in line with the forecasted requirements of the Project.
Sourcing, Screening and Selecting candidates in line with best practice recruitment methodology.
Generating offer of employment contracts and on-boarding candidates.
Maintain and utilise the applicant tracking system database.
Ensure all aspects of the recruitment process comply with relevant employment legislation.
What you will bring to the team:
Previous experience in a fast paced and high-volume blue-collar and white-collar recruitment environment.
Experience in directing recruitment campaigns and building/maintaining talent pools.
Proactive sourcing and talent management experience with a technical recruitment background would be strongly commended.
Working knowledge of industrial construction trade positions including trade qualifications requirements.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence a wide range of audiences that include but are not limited to, co-workers, management, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
