Your focus will include:
Leading and managing project teams to deliver on-time and on-budget outcomes.
Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules, and logistics strategies.
Liaising with design, site, commercial, client, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Overseeing risk assessments, safety plans, and project quality assurance measures.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements while optimising value for all stakeholders.
Managing project progress and impacts, including the preparation of status reports and time impact analyses.
Cultivating strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain alignment with project goals.
What you will bring to the team:
A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Construction Management.
At least 10 years of experience in project management, including demonstrated success in delivering large-scale Building projects.
Strong operational expertise in design and construction processes, with a track record of overcoming complex challenges.
Exceptional leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills to drive team success.
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to project needs and new challenges.
Proficiency in project management tools and methods, coupled with a thorough understanding of industry standards and programming requirements.
