We seek an HR Business Partner to join the Perdaman Project team in Karratha, WA .
This role will serve as a strategic liaison between HR and business operations, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives to drive performance and growth.
Your Focus Will Include:
Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Guide organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Talent Management
Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans when necessary.
Change Management
Lead HR initiatives during organizational changes to ensure smooth transitions.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to facilitate acceptance and support for change.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
Educational Background :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification is advantageous.
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.
Skills and Competencies :
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
