Job Title : CloudSense Developer (6-Month Contract) Location : Fully Remote, NSW, Australia Contract Duration : 6 Months Industry : Telecommunications One of the leading global consultuncies is seeking an experienced CloudSense Developer with a strong background in telecommunications to join their team on a 6-month contract .
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions using the CloudSense B2B CPQ platform 's out-of-the-box features to meet client needs and support key business objectives.
The role will focus on end-to-end solutions within the Business Support Systems (BSS) domain, with an emphasis on B2B product management, order management , and billing .
The ideal candidate will have expertise in BSS transformation , a solid understanding of B2B solutioning , and the ability to design and deliver high-performance, scalable solutions while ensuring optimal performance, data security, cost-effectiveness, and a fast time-to-market.
Key Responsibilities : Solution Development & Implementation : Design and implement solutions using the CloudSense B2B CPQ platform , leveraging out-of-the-box features to meet business and client requirements.
BSS Transformation & E2E Solutioning : Collaborate on the end-to-end solutioning for BSS transformation , focusing on product management, order management, and billing processes specific to the telecommunications industry.
B2B Product Management : Develop and manage B2B product configurations , ensuring alignment with business objectives and client specifications.
Order Management : Design, implement, and optimize order management workflows , ensuring efficient order processing and fulfillment within the CloudSense platform.
Billing Integration : Support the integration of billing processes , ensuring seamless synchronization between CloudSense and existing billing systems.
Technical Design & Analysis : Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications, ensuring solutions are developed with optimal design and performance.
System Integration & Testing : Participate in integration and testing activities to ensure seamless functionality and compatibility of CloudSense solutions with existing business processes and systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business objectives, and deliver solutions that meet these needs.
Required Skills & Experience : Proven experience in implementing and customizing CloudSense B2B CPQ solutions, particularly within a telecommunications environment .
Strong understanding of BSS transformation , including order management , billing , and product management processes.
Expertise in CloudSense out-of-the-box features and the ability to optimize the platform to meet specific client requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with system integration and testing to ensure smooth deployment and operation of solutions.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS , Azure ) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications : A background in telecommunications , particularly with experience in BSS , order management , and billing systems.
Prior experience working in a B2B environment , particularly with telecommunications clients .
CloudSense certifications or other relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
