Skills & Experience:
15+ years of IT experience. Experience working with clients on solution strategies, designs, technologies, and delivery programs as a project/program manager while being an expert Architect. Strong background with hands-on experience in IT project and program delivery, operations, and managed services. Experience managing technical teams in the design, build, test & operation of digital, data, and cloud solutions. Experience in performing due diligence and customer onboarding to the engagement. Experience optimizing repeated manual efforts by implementing automation. Excellent consultancy, communication, and interpersonal skills. Trained and certified in AWS and/or Azure Cloud platform services. Experienced in planning, designing, and implementing security solutions and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Understanding of a structured approach to modern architectural design using microservices and serverless architectures. Experience in agile methodologies is a must. Experience in ITIL methodologies and ITSM tools. Understanding and experience in leading industry tools used for monitoring, patching, security, lifecycle management, etc. Broad & deep knowledge and experience in Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud solutions and deployments. Designing secure and scalable systems and applications for various industries using AWS services. Integrations between different systems/applications. Analysis of business requirements and selection of appropriate solutions for the AWS platform. Well-aware of the latest technology trends, hands-on - modern architecture, Microservices, Containers, Kubernetes, etc. Solving design and technical problems. Well aware of all design & architecture patterns. Hands-on with the latest tech stack - MEAN, MERN, Java/.Net/Nodejs, Lambdas, etc. Hands-on CI/CD and DevSecOps and DevOps. Communication with the customer (with both Business and IT). Supporting Pre-Sales team in workshops with customers and offering preparation.
