Benefits and Opportunities Positive and collaborative workplace culturePermanent contractAttractive remuneration packageAccess to salary packaging, including novated leasing24 weeks of paid parental leave (maternity/adoption)Up to 14 weeks paid parental leave (paternity/non-initial primary carer leave)Support for professional development and study opportunitiesKey Responsibilities Develop and implement cloud strategies that align with our goals.Evaluate and recommend Microsoft cloud solutions, or specific SaaS solutions to ensure the best outcomes for our staff and students.Lead the migration of legacy on-premises systems to Microsoft Cloud Services.Ensure seamless integration between cloud and on-premises systems as required.Oversee the management and maintenance of both cloud and on-premises systems.Ensure high availability and scalability of Cloud and on-premise infrastructure.Work closely with the in-house Cyber Security team to ensure the security of Cloud and on-premises systems.Work closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure alignment and integration of Technical Services.Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines required.Highly desirable one or more of the following qualifications or certifications:Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and/or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.Working with Children's registrations in NSW and ACT (WWCC and WWVP).Driver's License.Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing cloud strategies that align with organisational goals.Proven track record in managing and maintaining both cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring high availability and scalability.Experience working with Cyber Security teams to enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry frameworks.Experience leading the migration of legacy on-premises systems to cloud environments.Experience deploying and managing Intune and Entra ID environments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Other Eligibility Criteria You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible to apply for this position.Appointment is subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment in accordance with CECG policy.Application Process Applicants must submit a cover letter addressing the Selection Criteria section in the position description and a current resume.
