Cloud Practice Leader

Details of the offer

Helia, as Australia's first Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) provider, with over 50 years expertise in the Australian housing market, is in the process of re-inventing ourselves.

We exist to accelerate financial wellbeing through home ownership, now and for the future. Our mission is to create innovative and tailored solutions in partnership with our customers. We aim to do this efficiently and conveniently, leveraging state of the art technology and data solutions.
TechOps is a division of Helia. We are responsible for technology, data, and business operations and together we bring together the best of technical, operational, and customer knowledge to create great solutions for Helia employees and our customers. We use agile and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to prioritise work and form squads around these goals. We have a need for a cloud leader to join us.
The Cloud Practice Leader will be responsible for supporting Helia's migration to AWS and creating a mindset shift in our engineers to think "cloud native" and building a high-performing cloud engineering team.
