About the Role:
As a Cloud & Infrastructure Solution Specialist, you will be at the forefront of designing, recommending, and presenting high-impact cloud and hybrid solutions to our customers. Your role will focus on understanding customer pain points, using your expertise to design bespoke solutions, and driving the adoption of cloud and hybrid technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, influence decisions, and deliver meaningful business outcomes through cutting-edge infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, business requirements, and desired outcomes.Architect, design, and deliver tailored infrastructure solutions across on-premises, hybrid-cloud, and public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS).Present high-quality customer proposals and lead pre-sales discussions that communicate value and technical vision effectively.Take ownership of tender responses and participate in broader response teams to meet customer needs.Stay ahead of the latest cloud and hybrid technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously refine and improve solutions.Evaluate customer requirements and design solutions aligned with best practices, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose.Provide strategic insights and leadership in Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), Well-Architected Framework (WAF), Zero Trust, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.What We're Looking For:
You are an expert in the Cloud & Infrastructure space with a passion for crafting solutions that transform businesses. With a solid understanding of both on-premises and cloud technologies, you have the ability to think strategically while handling the technical details. You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and enjoy working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead Cloud & Infrastructure role with strong presales expertise.Strong background in on-premises infrastructure and hybrid-cloud solutions.Significant hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS).Proven ability to evaluate complex requirements and recommend comprehensive, cost-effective solutions.Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes for clients. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and stakeholders.A desire to continuously learn and stay updated on the latest cloud and infrastructure technologies.What's in It for You?
