Your role will focus on implementing cloud infrastructure that supports resilient, efficient, and cost-effective operations across hybrid environments. You'll contribute to the development and deployment of cloud capabilities, working closely with project teams to deliver impactful digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, following best practices for architecture, security, and performance. Implement infrastructure-as-code and design robust storage and disaster recovery solutions using AWS and Azure toolsets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and secure cloud environments, delivering scalable and cost-effective solutions. Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes on AWS (EKS, ECS) and Azure (AKS). Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles, policies, and ensure network security in cloud environments. Apply Dev Ops principles by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support streamlined cloud operations. About the Team You will join a team of ICT professionals dedicated to delivering complex, cutting-edge projects across multiple digital domains. As a Cloud Engineer, you may lead a team on key technology platforms or contribute as a technical subject matter expert (SME) on critical projects. Our Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with: Proven expertise in AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure design and deployment with a strong focus on security, reliability, and performance. Experience in infrastructure-as-code and disaster recovery design with AWS and Azure tools. Hands-on knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for both AWS and Azure. A solid understanding of cloud security principles , including IAM management and network security. Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines to support efficient, automated cloud deployments. Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable. Eligibility Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) level is required.
