Job Responsibilities:
Develop strategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Provide technical thought leadership and insights on products, industry trends, and their relevance to our customers.
Understand assigned accounts' current use cases, challenges, and opportunities, and the value the solution brings to their business.
Consistently contribute to the broader team's technical mindshare.
Serve as an external spokesperson and evangelist for vision and associated technologies.
Assist with overcoming technical and competitive objections and accelerate the technical evaluation component of the sales cycle.
Maintain a solid understanding of competitive technologies and how to position to "win." Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or at customer locations.
Build complex, multi-product proof-of-concept solutions for customer evaluations.
Drive the adoption and consumption of products by working with Customer Success and internal stakeholders.
Formalize and deliver a strategic customer technology roadmap that identifies customers' needs and requirements, translating them into actionable opportunity proposals, operational requirements, high-level designs, and customer success plans.
Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts to Sales and ATS management.
Engage and leverage the wider team where appropriate to help manage and deliver the best customer outcomes.
Work with limited oversight.
Communicate with parties within and outside of the job function, including customers and vendors.
Influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
Required Experience:
Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications.
Analytical and negotiation skills, particularly at the C-level.
Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, delivering on both detail and strategy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
High level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge.
Ideal Candidate:
Background in Presales or Customer Success management.
Self-motivated and good communicator.
Passion and aptitude for technology.
Understanding of End User computing is a bonus.
