About the role With continued success, we are expanding and we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Cloud and Systems Administrator. We are looking for strong technical horsepower, experience across multiple technical domains and solutions, customer obsession, a positive attitude, and a desire to be challenged and learn. 
The type of person we seek You'll have strong experience in: 
Level 2 & 3 technical support and troubleshooting across a range of exciting technologies (AWS and/or Azure, Microsoft, Next-Gen Firewalls) Managing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents, service requests, events, and problem tickets Communicating with customers on technical items If you have any questions, please contact Warren Heighway on 1300 433 211  for a confidential discussion.
