UniSC Clinical Trials, Sunshine Coast Campus, Sippy Downs or the Health Hub Morayfield Level 5, $77,710 - $87,573 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation Full-time, fixed-term appointment for three years The Opportunity In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of UniSC Clinical Trials (UniSC CT) contract administration.
This will include assisting in conducting due diligence, governance processes and liaising with stakeholders, both internal (BD and Finance) and external (Sponsors, CROs, third party vendors) to support the negotiation and finalisation of all aspects of UniSC CT contracts, to manage risk to UniSC and facilitate clinical trials.
For more information on UniSC Clinical Trials, please visit us online: UniSC Clinical Trials You will assist in the triage of clinical trials contracts and agreements to assess requirements for due diligence and administrative contracts management; support the governance required for clinical trials contracts and agreements from initial negotiation with external partners to execution; and ensure researchers comply with internal requirements and understand the contractual milestones and other key obligations.
About you As the ideal candidate, your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional, and you have a keen eye for detail.
You adapt seamlessly, whether working independently or as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.
Furthermore, you exhibit advanced computing proficiency, excelling in databases, clinical trial electronic data entry, word processing, and spreadsheets.
You will possess: Completion of a degree, or an associate diploma with at least two years subsequent experience or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and experience.
Sound knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable regulations.
Sound understanding of privacy principals governing health information.
High level of digital literacy (including databases, Microsoft Word and Excel).
