Women's and Children's Health Network, Division of Corporate Services, Metabolic Trials Unit – North Adelaide (5006) Salary - Classification - ASO3 - Administrative Services Officer L3 - $67,589 to $ 72,033 pro rata Part time 0.4FTE – Term contract (up until January 2026) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Metabolic Clinical Trials Unit as Administrative Officer.
This position involves:
Coordinating appointments, clinical activities, attendance at committee meetings and the scheduling of visits/visitors. Providing meeting secretarial support including meeting coordination, minute taking etc. Undertaking project support functions for all studies under direction, to meet the administrative requirements of the study. Providing a range of accurate financial functions, transactions and procedures for the unit. About You To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills. Proven extensive experience in establishing and maintaining effective office systems, practices, policies, procedures and corporate records management. Ability to adapt in a changing environment. Demonstrated ability to analyse problems objectively and make recommendations for their resolution. Proven ability to contribute to and work in a harmonious team environment. Experience in clinical trial administration will be looked upon favourably. What WCHN Can Offer You Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.
