UniSC Clinical Trials| UniSC Morayfield Health HubLevel 4, $71,549 - $75,247 p.a. pro rata, plus up to 17% employer superannuationFull-time, fixed-term appointment for 3 yearsThe Opportunity Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant at one of our designated Clinical Trials sites. You'll provide exceptional tier 1 support and advice to internal and external clients, manage general medical reception duties with a friendly demeanour, and play a key role in participant recruitment and scheduling. For more information, please visit us online Clinical Trials Centre You will provide administrative support within a fast paced and changing environment, coordinating daily administration of investigators, coordination team, visitors and participants;develop, implement and maintain systems and processes to ensure efficient operations of the UniSC clinical Trialssite, including coordinating and managing clinical room allocation and the trial participant scheduling calendar; andsupport and contribute to recruitment activities including preparation of print and electronic materials, assistance with organising information sessions and workshops, managing and responding to enquiries.About you You'll possess well-developed writing and editing skills, enabling you to effortlessly draft and refine correspondence, formal documentation, informational materials, and reports. Your exceptional interpersonal abilities make you a valuable asset within a multidisciplinary team, excelling at connecting and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes. With a professional and positive demeanour, you adeptly multitask while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in handling client information. Additionally, your sound judgement, initiative, and problem-solving skills will drive successful results in our collaborative environment.
You will possess: completion of an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work related experience or a certificate level qualification with post certificate relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training;strong computer literacy including proficiency with the Microsoft suite of tools and experience with software programs to enable scheduling, invoicing, monitoring and reporting;demonstrated ability to provide confidential administrative support, adhering to policy and regulations within the CTC environment, whilst managing workload and maintaining attention to detail;experience providing accurate advice and dealing with enquiries involving interpreting policies, procedures and guidelines while providing quality customer service;the capacity to exercise sound judgement, take initiative and solve problems, as required; andprior experience within a clinical research/medical reception environment is preferred.UniSC is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
