As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining office stationery, managing IT and phone equipment requests, coordinating payment requests in conjunction with finance, monitoring documents, managing requests for patient records, and providing general administrative support.
DUTIES: Support the Clinical Trial Unit Manager with administrative tasks including basic filing, roster management, meeting management, and minute taking.Manage Kronos payroll information for the unit.Support finance and coordinators with ongoing administrative tasks related to the management of clinical trials.Support clinical trial coordinators with scanning and filing.Support the management of laboratory inventory.Communicate effectively with the trial team and other supporting departments within the hospital.Perform other administrative tasks as determined by the Clinical Trial Unit Manager.ABOUT YOU: Qualification in health or research administration, or working towards a combination of qualifications or experience.Strong administrative, organization, and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to function as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Word and Outlook.Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when working with various computer systems and processes.Ability to organize work and complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.Ability to effectively problem-solve, show initiative, and execute sound judgment.WHY JOIN US: CMN is an Affiliated Health Organisation providing services to both public and private patients primarily from the Hunter New England area.
