Salary: $ 69,840.79 to $71,439.54 base salary per annum

About the role:
This position would suit a highly motivated individual who is looking to challenge themselves and support a team of research professionals. The successful candidate will work to support the clinical teams. The successful candidate will manage appointment bookings, access medical records and tissue. Selection Criteria: 1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia.
2. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or previous administration experience in a hospital/healthcare environment and/or experience in clinical research/trials administration.
3. Knowledge and experience in the disciplines essential for clinical research including: Secure data management, participant trial data collection, participant organisational skills.
4. Well-developed computer skills with demonstrated experience and proficiency in working with all MS Office suites, spreadsheets and databases and electronic data capture systems.
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and work as part of a team, including the ability to interact as appropriate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
6. Demonstrated excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
7. Proven ability to work proactively with limited supervision and to adhere to documented policy, procedures, guidelines and professional standards and understanding of clinical trial compliance requirements in line with Good Clinical Practice.
8. Ability to be self-motivated with highly developed time management skills and ability to prioritise and monitor workflow within area of responsibility
