Delivering high quality projects for the Early Phase Oncology studies Supportive and adaptive environment with solid team support 5-day on-site position, offering competitive salary package with salary sacrifice We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Project Manager to join this world class clinical research centre with State-of-the-art bedded facility to lead the coordination of clinical trials and to deliver high-quality clinical trials that adhere to the highest standards.
As a Clinical Trial Project Manager, you will lead a clinical trial team of 5-8 to ensure the successful execution of trials, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant impact. You will lead the planning, coordination, and management of quality clinical trials, and be accountable for the oversight and timely delivery of a portfolio of clinical trials with a goal of delivering high quality project outcomes and tracking milestones ensuring the success of overall project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, with a focus on early phase oncology studies, and an understanding of the regulatory setup in Australia. We are looking to for you to bring:
3-5 years experience in clinical research and project management, preferably in early-phase oncology studies. Line management experience in a clinical research environment Proven experience in successfully delivering Clinical Trials and managing multiple projects and driving projects forward High level of Quality and compliance mindset, and sound knowledge of HREC and RGO processes, GCP, and relevant regulatory guidelines. Adaptable and flexible, ability to maintain positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in a changing environment. Strong problem handling skills and showcase proactiveness in managing complex issues To be considered for this role you must be based in Sydney, Australia, and work on-site 5 days a week. This role offers a competitive salary package and bonus, with salary sacrifice up to $16k per year, this means you can expense a portion of your salary on expenses to increase take-home pay.
