We are looking for a Clinical Trial Coordinator to support the clinical trial process from planning to execution, ensuring a seamless transition through all stages. Responsibilities include handling data capture, verification, and ensuring adherence to standards while fostering relationships with research staff and stakeholders. The role ensures compliance with Good Clinical Practice and maintains the highest ethical and scientific standards.Your Key Responsibilities:Support the end-to-end clinical trial process, assisting with planning, initiation, and execution of trials.Support data capture and verification for clinical trials, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.Build productive relationships with research staff, trial sponsors, and external vendors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Uphold the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) in all clinical trials.Champion a proactive approach to health and safety, reviewing and providing feedback on work area protocols.About You:Experience in clinical trial management and supporting clinical trials.Knowledge of ICH guidelines and Good Clinical Practice.Strong data analysis and analytical problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Strong research software skills.Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.Work Rights: You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to apply.
