Our new Clinical Team Lead will work from the headspace centre in Dubbo, NSW. This is a permanent full-time role.

Work in a key leadership position that oversees coordination and delivery of clinical services Ensure day-to-day clinical work is carried out to effectively meet the needs of young people Contribute to the development of evidence-based and innovative clinical services Provide clinical leadership and direction to a friendly multidisciplinary team Advocate for the best possible service for young people in your community. Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or other relevant allied health discipline Have a minimum of 2-3 years' clinical experience in the mental health sector Able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of recovery focused practice, specifically to the youth population. Have a clear understanding and/or knowledge of the concept and impact of mental health issues in the community.
