It is part of South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) and is co-located with other hospitals on the Randwick Hospitals Campus.What you'll be doingThe Clinical Support Officer (CSO) will provide timely and accurate administrative / transactional services for members of the health care team within the postnatal service under the direction of the Midwifery Unit Manager of Postnatal Services.
The CSO will work under broad supervision but will be required to take some independent action.
Scope exists for exercising initiative in the application of established work practices and procedures.Selection CriteriaHolds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent.Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet and database software.Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.Applications Close : 12th January 2025
