What you'll be doing The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) is required for the Surgical COU and Trauma Unit and plays a vital role in supporting nurses, medical staff, and allied health professionals by delivering efficient administrative services within a ward/unit environment. Your responsibilities will also include:
Providing timely, accurate administrative support to the health care team. Working under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager (N/MUM). Collaborating with existing ward/unit administrative staff. Operating autonomously while exercising initiative within established procedures. Enhancing workflow efficiency to improve patient care delivery. Selection Criteria :
Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail. Ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
