The Program supports the future nursing and midwifery workforce through coordination of pre-registration, graduate, and specialty post-graduate programs.About the roleAs the Clinical Support Nurse (CSN) – Gynaecology and Women's Cancer Service, you will be working shoulder to shoulder with learners to support learning in practice and coach to success.Key responsibilities will see you:Mentor staff in 5 North and Complex Care Unit to develop their clinical practice to an optimal standardRole model exceptional clinical care in Gynaecology and Women's Cancer ServicesProvide direct clinical support for complex patients across the hospitalSupport and participate in clinical supervision for all new nursing staff and students to the Gynecology and Women's Cancer ServiceThis is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a leading tertiary hospital, where you'll work alongside a small, cohesive team who are passionate about what they do!About youYou will be someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.You'll bring with you:AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or dual registration (RNRM)Extensive recent experience as a Registered Nurse in gynaecology and/or oncologyA passion for self-learning and supporting the learning of others.At the Women's you will enjoy a culture that is collaborative, supportive and passionate about learning.
