The primary role of Clinical Support Staff is to work within the AHPRA Competency and/or Professional Practice Standards relevant to the individual's Discipline/Scope of Practice, Code of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct in order to: Effectively coach and support the learning and development of clinical staff and students in evidence-based practice. Support the transition to practice of graduate staff. Facilitate the learning, education, and assessment of students as per relevant curriculum of both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Clinical Support Staff work collaboratively with Department Managers and Clinical Educator staff to respond to the professional development, training, and clinical assessment of health professional learners in clinical settings. The successful applicant will benefit from:
