Scion Medical Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) for our client, a highly regarded non-profit organization in Santa Monica! This is a wonderful hybrid (1-2 days remote) , permanent direct-hire opportunity to join an inspiring team!
Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary of up to $90,000, depending on experience! RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Director of Programs in clinical program development and meeting grant compliance goals. Supervise assigned staff, including provision of clinical supervision hours for staff/interns who are BBS registered. Ensure that clinical staff completes quality documentation in the electronic health record (Apricot). Monitor client caseloads to ensure that all bio-psychosocial assessments, individualized service plans, consents, and progress notes are promptly entered. Plan and implement clinical training for staff. Maintain detailed knowledge of, and monitor compliance with Apricot documentation and service delivery benchmarks for grant reporting. Participate in scheduled case consultation meetings with contracted community partners. Attend community meetings, workshops, and seminars for networking and information sharing. Assist in crises and help facilitate client transfers to higher levels of care when needed. Assist the Director of Programs with hiring, training, evaluating, and developing staff to ensure program success and continued organizational growth. Lead and co-facilitate clinical and non-clinical groups. Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work with a valid CA LCSW license. Experience in delivering individual and group supervision with ACSWs, MSW interns, Case Managers, and staff with lived experience. Experience working with system-impacted youth and their caregivers. Demonstrates commitment to uplifting social justice and mental health issues, specifically issues impacting system-involved youth. Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
