About the Role Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Clinical Services Manager (CSM) will provide clinical leadership to the team, oversee the clinical care of residents, and ensure that a high standard of care is maintained. Utilizing your strong communication skills and outstanding clinical knowledge, you will assist the Director of Nursing in managing staff performance and continue to develop and retain quality staff.
