Clinical Services Manager

Nest recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate registered Nurse to step up and lead a clinical team. It is a full-time role where you can make a real difference.
Responsibilities: Lead Clinical Services Team (including Maternal Health, Child Health & Community Health Nurses & Health Workers) Development and implementation of strategies to manage quality and risk associated with clinical services Develop a clear vision for nursing, midwifery, and health worker practice Lead day-to-day clinical services to standards that comply with relevant accreditation, regulatory and legislative requirements Provide advice in relation to quality risk identification and mitigation associated with clinical service delivery Guide the Clinical Services Team to optimize Medicare services activity, claims and compliance Desirable Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Primary Health Care Experience working within an AMS clinic (preferred but not compulsory) Practical knowledge of accreditation, regulatory and legislative obligations AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar setting If you would like to know more about the role, please email or call
