About this role This is a unique opportunity to work within the Safety, Quality and Performance team across the Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG) to facilitate, co-ordinate and evaluate the integrated risk management system (including clinical incident management) for SCGOPHCG.
Duties include:
Providing support and advice in facilitating clinical incident investigations via the Clinical Incident Management System (CIMS).Providing advice and support for staff on the electronic risk register system, providing data analysis for reporting.This role reports to the Director Safety, Quality and Performance and the Manager, Clinical Risk.
