We are seeking an experienced Sites Contract Manager to join this Global Biotech where you will be essential in ensuring the timely and compliant delivery of clinical site contracts while providing people management and fostering a culture of learning and development.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire contract lifecycle for clinical trials, from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance, ensuring alignment with standards and adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements in the Australia and New Zealand Region.
You will have the opportunity to lead a regional team of contract associates, facilitating and supporting system updates and process improvement.
Work closely with clinical operations, legal, and cross-functional teams, you will develop action plans and quality assurance measures to address contract-related challenges and risks, ensuring smooth project delivery and be responsible for problem resolutions and investigative sites regarding payment fees, terms and inquiries.
Ideally, we are looking for you to bring: Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research contract/budget experience within the biotech, pharmaceuticals, or CRO industry.
Experience in people management, proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of clinical trial contracting processes and regulatory requirements, including contract negotiations, and financial analysis.
Showcasing strong problem-handling and communication skills.
A go-getter, with the ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
