Clinical Research Coordinator (Identified) - ACE Trial, Queensland HealthThe Clinical Research Coordinator will work in partnership with the Kids Research Institute of Australia to facilitate research and help with conducting research for the "ACE study".Townsville Hospital and Health Service is the public healthcare provider for more than 250,000 people across a geographic area of 150,000km2, delivering a comprehensive range of services across 21 facilities, from primary care in regional locations to highly specialised care at the main hospital.About your opportunityFixed Term Temporary part-time, 45.6 hours per fortnight from 01.12.2024 up to 10.03.2028 with possible extension not exceeding 12 months.The project is aimed at improving respiratory health of Indigenous children who are hospitalised with acute chest infections. The role will include recruitment of participant children and their parents/carers as proxy for their children, data collection, including conducting interviews and focus groups, and project management.The incumbent will contribute to the research team led by a nominated Principal Investigator and develop research expertise through the pursuit of defined projects relevant to a specific defined Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) Service Group.What's on Offer?
