About the role Join us at Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease, as a Clinical Research Associate, and you will be involved in effective site management across a number of studies, across all aspects of the study from site selection and start-up, recruitment, initiation, monitoring, and closure. You will have the opportunity to embrace new challenges and advance your career as our Clinical Operations team continues to expand.
This role is a full time, permanent position to be based from Perth, Adelaide, Sydney or Melbourne.
Requirements Bachelors degree in related discipline, preferably in life science, or equivalent qualificationExperience at the CRA level with strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulationsSound medical knowledge and ability to learn relevant Therapeutic Areas.Strong understanding of clinical study management including risk-based monitoring, study drug handling and data management.Analytical, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlinesProven experience communicating effectively with site staff and internal stakeholdersAbility to work in a fun, collaborative team environment with an agile mindset, driving continuous improvement.Willingness to travelWhy Alexion?
