About the Role Provide clinical advice and direction to a team of rehabilitation health professionals to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes applying change management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills where necessary.Provide clinical education and clinical practice assessment to psychology externs and undergraduate students within the specialist area of rehabilitation psychology, clinical psychology, or clinical neuropsychology.Implement succession planning, competency training, and skill development within the REST Team and psychology department/service.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement, and Excellence shape our culture within Metro South Health.
