What We Offer: Flexibility: Choose to work 4–30 hours per week, onsite in our Erina practice, remotely via Telehealth, or through a hybrid arrangement. Autonomy in Your Caseload: Tailor your caseload to your interests, with the option to focus on adolescents and young adults or to work with other populations across the lifespan. Beautiful, Relaxing Work Environment: Spacious rooms with natural light, plants, onsite parking, and easy access to one of the Central Coast's best cafes. Professional Freedom with Support: Shape your practice independently, with full administrative support to help you focus on delivering high-quality clinical care. Professional Development: Ongoing opportunities for board-approved supervision, continuous learning, and skill development. Competitive Earnings: Our contracting psychologists earn between $110 and $168 per client, depending on experience and qualifications. Income Flexibility: You have control over how much you earn.
For instance, with an average caseload of 25 clients per week, potential weekly income can range from $2,750 to $4,200 weekly. About You: Fully registered Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist Registrar, or Registered Psychologist (sorry, no provisionals at this time). Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, helping them overcome challenges, build resilience, and develop positive coping strategies. You have a flexible, creative approach to therapy, and can work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit, collaborative team. EMDR experience is highly desirable but not essential. You are self-reflective and eager to grow professionally through supervision and ongoing professional development. Key Requirements: Full AHPRA registration as a psychologist. Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number. Experience delivering evidence-based psychological therapies. Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
