Your expertise in anatomy and understanding of CT scans will be pivotal in this role, as you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality research projects and studies supporting AI development, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project and clinical study objectives, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.Coordinate with CROs, vendors, investigators, and research centers to manage project scope, documentation, and quality assurance.Develop and review key study documents, including protocols, project plans, training materials, and regulatory documentation.Monitor study progress and ensure data readiness and quality through data-driven systems.Implement and enhance image analysis methods in collaboration with subject matter experts.Maintain accurate and complete study documentation, including the trial master file or equivalent records.Key Relationships:Collaborate with Clinical Development, Research and Development, Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams.Work with external stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure project success.What You Bring:Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
Equivalent professional experience may be considered.Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in clinical research or project management.Strong understanding of anatomy and experience with CT scans are highly desirable.Familiarity with international clinical research regulations (e.g., ICH GCP).Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with MS Project is advantageous.Independent project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.Flexibility and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.Ability to work across time zones and travel as required.Be part of a cutting-edge MedTech company where your expertise directly impacts global healthcare advancements.
