Department for Health and Wellbeing – Clinical System Support & Improvement – Aged Care StrategySalary: $114,314 to $124,449 - AHP4 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 30 June 2025Overview: The Clinical Program Manager will provide advice, leadership, management and clinical knowledge for state-wide strategic projects and reform initiatives related to the Department for Health and Wellbeing Aged Care Strategy. The successful candidate will be required to:
Coordinate projects relevant to the Aged Care Assessment Program and other relevant aged care initiatives within the Integrated Care Systems Directorate.Provide advice, leadership, management and knowledge of aged care strategies, including the Aged Care Assessment program and related initiatives to DHW and SA Government agencies as required.Significantly contribute to the Aged Care Strategy Team and Integrated Care Systems Directorate.The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working part-time.
