The Procurements and Contracts team have an exciting opportunity for an internal professional development opening commencing May 20th, 2024, to May 31st, 2024, and November 4th, 2024, to November 15th, 2024. The position of Clinical Products Consultant (CNC) has an organisational (AWH) focus on supply support for all clinical products within AWH. The CNC is responsible for providing specialist clinical advice and assistance to the AWH Director of Strategic Procurement and Contracts, Supply Operations team, Biomedical Staff, department heads and clinicians. This is a senior position within the Procurement and Contracts Department and the successful applicant will have a key role in reviewing clinical product requirements across AWH, identifying suitability, cost and timeliness of product required by the team. The successful applicant with be the chair for the Clinical Product Advisory Group meeting, oversee product recalls and defect returns, and manage clinical trials for consumables and equipment within Albury Wodonga Health. The successful applicant will play a key leadership role in ensuring clinical input and consultation is always taken into consideration. There is a requirement for sourcing clinical product from Health Share Victoria contracted suppliers and working with the AWH HSV customer representative. Participation and representation of AWH at required HSV meetings and peer group meetings (CPA meetings). Interested?
