Territory Surgical Supplies is a dedicated distribution channel of Medline Industries, one of the largest privately owned manufacturer and distributor of healthcare products globally.
Together, advancing healthcare. The Role Working across both our medical consumables and procedure pack products, your role will be to support and provide training and guidance to our customer base across both public and private healthcare providers as well as independent day surgeries and some regional healthcare clinics and services.
Your experience in a clinical setting within a hospital will be invaluable to supporting and partnering with our customers.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Assist customers and the internal sales team through demonstration and education of products in the clinical setting, confidently working through customer indifference, objections and concerns.Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal staff, key customers and supply partners.Facilitate face-to-face customer visits with a view to becoming a trusted partner for their clinical team that will deliver mutual benefits.Develop and implement training and educational programs on a range of products to support the overall TSS sales strategy.Coordinate the management and execution of clinical evaluations and demonstrations in accordance with the clinical trial protocol.Attend regular meetings with the TSS team to keep abreast of priorities including contacts, tenders, impending trials, audits and supporting activity.This role is Part time, 3 days a week.

Nursing Qualifications - EN, RN or BSc NursingSound knowledge of Operating Room protocol would be highly regardedKnowledge and experience with facilitation of in-services and demonstrationsConfident and articulate public speakerIntermediate understanding of MS Office suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)It takes every team member for us to succeed.
