Job Description Lead and manage the procurement of medical consumables for our hospitals, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality supplies.Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with our organisational goals and compliance requirements.Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring favourable terms.Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand their needs and ensure that procurement activities support clinical operations.Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimising wastage. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years within healthcare consumablesStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent stakeholder managementCertification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
