The LRHS is based at all four regional campuses of the University: Bendigo, Mildura, Shepparton and Albury-Wodonga.
La Trobe University offers an established Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) delivered through the La Trobe Rural Health School on the Bendigo campus.
The Pharmacy discipline at the La Trobe Rural Health School is committed to increasing career opportunities in regional and rural areas of Australia.
The Clinical Practitioner, Pharmacy is expected to contribute to teaching and curriculum development.
A Level B Clinical Practitioner is responsible for teaching-related duties involving the creation and delivery of Pharmacy education content.
This includes direct teaching informed by approaches that enhance the student experience, curriculum design and review, advancements in education technologies and involvement in the professional accreditation of courses.
Clinical Practitioners work closely with other members of our team to support students undertaking undergraduate studies in Pharmacy, ensuring that we deliver an outstanding student experience.
Clinical Practitioners may be allocated up to 100% of their workload in the combined categories of teaching, activities related to teaching, and teaching scholarship.
Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, you will have:
A Masters or equivalent accreditation and standing recognised by the University/profession as appropriate for the Pharmacy discipline.Registered or eligible to apply for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching, curriculum development and subject coordination in face-to-face, blended and/or online modes, as evidenced by sustained high results on student feedback on teaching surveys, teaching excellence awards or through other forms of evidence.Relevant contemporary clinical/professional experience as relevant in pharmacy.How to apply Closing date: By 11:55pm, Sunday 12th January 2025
