Join Grand Pacific Health as a Clinical Practice Lead, providing vital support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
About the role This position will primarily support our Wagga Wagga & Young Medicare Mental Health Centres, and My Step to Mental Wellbeing services located in the Murrumbidgee region.
This position reports to the Service Manager and offers the opportunity to: Lead Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.
Provide Clinical Oversight: Support multidisciplinary teams in delivering effective assessments, therapies, and interventions.
Manage Demand: Oversee service demand, waiting lists, and consumer support strategies You'll be one of two Clinical Practice Leads, working collaboratively to drive service excellence and support the multidisciplinary team.
We have a permanent opportunity available with flexibility to accommodate both part-time and full-time arrangements.
Some weekend work may be required as part of this role.

We are looking for someone with: Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, or occupational therapist (accredited with OTA as meeting the Australian Competency Standards for occupational therapists in mental health), or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker Demonstrated advanced level mental health clinical experience in mental health service delivery with demonstrated skills and experience in providing a range of holistic, recovery-oriented, evidence-based therapeutic services.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and consultation skills to work effectively with all stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership and/or supervision experience of a multidisciplinary team Why join Grand Pacific Health?
