As a leader in this position, you will be accountable for the governance and practice standards of nurses and midwives, championing the effective implementation of corporate systems that support and enhance nursing practices.

About You
We're looking for a dedicated leader who meets the following key requirements :

Qualifications : Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate.
Leadership Skills : Demonstrated effective leadership with strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
Experience : At least 5 years of post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse, with proven leadership in managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, quality improvement systems, and contemporary nursing and health care issues within a project management framework.
